I am in the very beginning stages of designing a new website.
About the same time I made the decision to begin the website transition I also began tearing wallpaper off of my bedroom walls. More on the redecorating, along with photos, in a near-future blog post.
What was I thinking?
Change is good.
I am tired of looking at 25-year-old wallpaper, just like I am tired of the daily reminder (to myself) that my customers have to scroll through 100 products to find what they are shopping for.
Change is on the way!
Good service includes excellent customer care, a true dedication. It also includes functionality.
If I can fix it, I will! And, it will be fixed!
Now is a good time to throw ideas at me. If there is something you want to see, or don’t want to see, my job is to listen!
I don’t know anything about building websites, but I am a pro at taking off wall paper. I hate it, but experience has made me adept at it. I NEVER put it back. I paint 🙂
Paint is definitely THE word!
Exciting changes indeed – we are not wallpaper people – DH refuses to have it because it is so simple to do paint changes rather than remove wallpaper (doesn’t help we’ve renovated a couple of 100+ year old buildings with layers and layers of paper!) I don’t have suggestions for your website but I’m sure you will find a clever way to present your product.
Linda Sue, I love the original looks to places, including the wallpaper, but it isn’t so fun when you look at it day-in and day-out. And it isn’t so easy to maintain! It does sound like you’ve been through this a few times…pro!

Although I have heard that wallpaper is making a comeback… But, if you’re like me, I am already tired of the old harvest gold and avocado green colors. Been tired of them since the 70’s. So, I can understand your aversion to wallpaper. I’m sure you will find something you really like. Show us the pictures!
I was in love with harvest gold and avocado green…no more! But, some of the new house siding trendy colors are a faded version of avocado green. It isn’t too bad!
We did the painting, etc. 7 years ago when we added a 2nd story on to our earth home.

Amy, I bet that was a job! Did you have to sand the drywall too?
Boy do I understand! I have been thinking about the best way to go about such things myself, but meanwhile, life has thrown me a lot of distractions, plus having to actually make everything I want to post on the website for sale! I am planning a few days next week just to focus and think on these things.
I am looking forward to viewing your new site and your new wallpaper Mary!
P.S. Still loving the soap and use it on my face regularly. I love the scent that lingers on my face and hands too~just lovely Mary. Thank-you!
Kathy, I am sure we will figure it all out in time. There is a lot to consider and plan!
Thank you! I am glad you are enjoying the soap.
