I very much enjoyed a recent email from a customer. I thought you might enjoy the humor as well.
When my customer’s husband asked her what she wanted for her upcoming birthday. Her answer was, “I want more of that wonderful soap!” She said she got so excited when she placed the soap order that she forgot to include an important box number in the ship to address. Her next words put a smile on my face, she said she was now “plagued with visions of some stranger whisking off with my soap!!!” Hilarious…but would be a worry, I love it!
She thanked me, explaining that each of her family members use my soaps and truly appreciate them. She also talked about how I am blessed with a talent for making soap.
Some of you have heard me say this before, I think we are all blessed with talents and gifts. I love to see people follow their passions. Don’t worry about what you cannot do so well, focus on what you are good at. You will shine. I hope you do!
Have a beautiful day!
That’s too funny! I try to focus on what I’m good at. I’m blessed with being “Miss Memory Banks”:-)

I remember you telling me a long time ago that your were called “Miss Memory Banks.” That is a good thing, a blessing!
I know how your customer feels Mary. I used to risk having packages and mail stolen if they were delivered to our mail box. Now everything is sent to the P.O. Box and I have imagined the nice comments our friendly post mistresses must make as they handle the fragrant packages I get from you. Indeed,I can smell soap in my the post office box before I open it~ Who knows, you might just be gaining new customers from post office employees because of this!
Being content with who God made us and the gifts and talents He created in us, creative, content , and energetic enough to pursue them! Well said Mary~
The humor was great, about the soap walking away, but I would imagine it is a real fear.
Loved that you added the “energetic” to your statement. Well said, back at you, Kathy!
This is so funny!!!
She really struck the funny bone!
That’s funny! *snicker*
I can only imagine how her imagination was thinking about that soap.
I can see a man in a long, dark trench coat, it’s raining, hat pulled down over his eyes, with a package tucked under his arm as he silently ducked into some back alley and disappeared. To take a goat milk soap bath. Hahahahahaha
Snicker!!!!
As far as talents….I have yet to discover mine. I’m hoping these classes I’m taking will shed some light. I really like working with computers and the internet. We shall see.
Becky, it’s hiding, it’s there.
