We couldn’t possibly think of developing shampoo bars with goat milk without remembering our four-legged friends.
Rich with castor and olive oil, both nourishing for the skin, and refreshing with essential oils – Cedarwood, Lavender, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Lemongrass, and Tea Tree.
Yes – we loveingly tested our product on animals, specifically one. Our sweet bulldog puppy who always seems to get into the stinkiest and stickiest of situations. He gave his thumbs up to our Canine Friends shampoo bar. We saw nothing but good results (no dry skin, no follow-up itching, soft coat). Nothing left but a clean smelling pup without him being smothered in fragrance.
I hope your Canine Friends love our special shampoo bars too!
Hi Mary,
Great choices for the essential oils. I especially like the Cedarwood and Lavender, and Eucalyptus. How did you think of including Tea Tree? I haven’t run across that as much.
I appreciate that your shampoo bar was “tested” on your bulldog puppy. Great endorsement. It’s always nice to have family members personally recommend our soaps.
Thanks for sharing that Mary! Have a good week.
Hi There, Michael!
Tea Tree is an essential oil that really can take over the aroma of a blend, in a heartbeat. But we like it for its benefits to the skin – for things such as dandruff, acne and minor irritations. Of course, we do not claim our soaps cure or treat anything, but we did want our pet shampoo to benefit everything that it could.
I hope you have a wonderful week too!
Our canine friends don’t like baths though, our lab mix had a bad experience with baths given by my sister.
Amy
Amy, our boxers hardly know what a bath is either. The bullie, though, seems to like to get dirty. Perhaps it is because he is lower to the ground, or that he likes to “go flat” as we call it. They like to lay flat on their bellies, not caring where that might be!
LOL at your bulldog!
Amy
Wish I could test on my cat, but I think she wouldn’t like it!! LOL
What? A fur kid that doesn’t like a good soapy bath? That would be a sight!
Oh, I would love to try this on my pups.
I can’t wait till I can get back to work so I can start ordering soap from you!!!
They will love it. I’ll speak for them. Ha ha ha…have a wonderful day (evening), Becky.
