The survey will help me with product, customer service, and website plans for 2010.

If you have not completed the survey via email (folks that receive my newsletter also received the survey), I would very much appreciate your input!

I love to make plans in writing, it works…and it is the planning time of year!

2010 is knocking at our doors.
