Peppermint and Wine, Forest and Basil, soap that is.
In comes the new, out goes several of the old.
Out will be Sweet Pea, Plumeria, and a few other fragranced soaps that no longer represent what Annie’s Goat Hill is all about.
Paring down the soap inventory is something I do a number of times each year. It keeps the choices down, less confusing for my customers, and it keeps the new and fresh soaps in my shop. I receive the message clearly when customers grab up the newest announced soaps. I, too, like variety. But I also like the tried and the true, like Honey Oatmeal, which is a staple that I do not want to see buried amongst a huge inventory.
Coming soon…holiday and autumn fragranced soaps, and holiday packaging versatile and green, just for you, or gift-giving.
Enjoy!

I have been enjoying the plumeria soap I bought from you, but also the others as well. The photo above looks like thick slabs of fudge!
Autumn soaps and scents,yum~
Hi, Kathy!
When I announce that I am discontinuing a product, and then receive numerous requests to keep it, I do reconsider. I am glad you enjoy the soap.
Thick fudge, ha! About 20 yeas ago I sold handcrafted soap that I purchased from another soap maker. I set up at shows only. Your comment reminded me of how people would make a bee-line for my booth, thinking they were seeing baskets of fudge.
Looks lovely!
Amy
Thanks, Amy!
Mary, if I saw that lying in your kitchen, I’d have taken a bite. It is gorgeous, but I agree with Kathy; it does resemble fudge. Congrats on your new ideas and your great soap. Also, I’ve been dropping by, I’m just lazy about leaving comments. I always like hearing stories of your goats.
I had intended to make it down to Nashville In, but can’t find anyone to go with me! Bet its beautiful around there right now.
Later, Deb
My husband and I were rolling down a road a few days ago that reminded me of Nashville, IN. At the same time I thought of you, wondered if you had a trip planned there this autumn. Perhaps next year. The only thing with this year, Debbie, is that the colors are not supposed to be as brilliant because of the severe lack of rain this summer and fall.
I read a lot of blogs too. From time to time Blogger doesn’t allow me to leave those that I want, and believe me, it drives me nuts. Blogs are a lot of work, and I want to say hello!
I saw your post on facebook and it reminded me that I need to get my order in! Sent you an email. 😀
I agree with the others. Looks like some seriously good fudge. I wan to eat it!
Amy
Hi Amy! I received your email and will be responding to it. You’ve reached me in the nick of time. I can help you!
Can you imagine thick fudge like that??? YUM!!!!
Hi Mary,
I agree that your soap looks delectable! I like the richness of the texture of your soaps. I agree with you about Honey Oatmeal being a staple having having wide appeal among consumers.
I look forward to your holiday line!
Thank you.
Hello there…I am hoping to introduce the holiday line within the week. My goat milk soaps are definitely rich. I do not go for billowing lather, I go for less drying skin care. Thank you for your thoughts and comments!
