Hungry Little Piglets
Piglets are about as difficult to photograph as kid goats. They do not want to stand still, especially while eating. Blur!
The piglets are growing by leaps and bounds.
Henrietta is queen of the trio. She lets out a little squeal when she sees me at dinner time.
Like her little curled tail?

Henrietta Piglet
They’re soo cute but they won’t be around too long?
Joanna, these are my breeders. I plan to sell their offspring some day.
I am working with the piglets. I am beginning to make progress, touch their heads and backs.
Mary, Henrietta looks like the queen of the food bowl! She’s a little chubbier than the other two. How funny!
Ohhh!!!!!! They are so cute, you make me almost want one or three!
So cute!
And yes, I do like that little curly tail.
My Captain wants to get pigs, I’m not so sure about that.
So far the piglets are not a lot of work. But, I can attest to this, if you need a little patch of land tilled, temporarily fence in piglets. They will turn out the pasture or grass in no time.
I told myself I would not enjoy these critters. But as much as I love animals, I like to see them grow, and they are interesting to me. And I am befriending them as well, slowly but surely (very slow), so they will be more manageable at 250 pounds.
Have a wonderful day!
Piglets are cute its when they get big I dont like them!!
Tonia, I am stepping into new territory. I know how big they will get, and hoping they don’t run over me when they are full-grown! 🙂 I will definitely be telling some stories right here.
