I am working on adding my blog roll. Wouldn’t you know, we now have storms moving through, I lost satellite signal, and I have more blogs still to add. Technology…:)
So I am on my Samsung Smart Phone plugging away. I can publish posts from the phone but I cannot completely edit the blog from here as I would like to.
You may already use this service, I love Google Reader. I have used it for well over a year to keep track of the blogs that I follow and subscriptions (feeds) as well.
Google Reader has many different options, one of which is viewing snippets of blog posts. It really is a nice service. Saves time and helps me to stay organized. And I can use all of the free help I can get in that area!
I also use Google Reader for blog topics that I search for. It lists blog posts that contain that particular topic, a continual list, valuable to me.
I hope to have the new blog roll finished up by this time tomorrow!
Hey Mary,
No storms here!
You are much further along on technology than I am. I’ll check out Goggle Reader thx.
Hi Amy!
Joanna, I told mysekf that I did not need to keep up with any technology but I am since eating my words. I have to keep up, to a degree. I have a lot to learn.
I’m blogging at the library latly, so no pictures. Can’t wait to get service for my own computer back!
Stacey, being without a computer has to be something difficult to get used to, it would be for me. Glad you said “hi” during your library visit. I had no idea, your blog posts are good to read (despite the lack of pictures).
You are the 3rd friend this week that has told me they are without a computer. Wishes/prayers that you get one back soon.
You will have to write about your library adventures sometime!
If you’re interested, check out http://thewritingsofkcd.wordpress.com/. I’d be interested in being added to your blog roll.

Hey Mary-
I actually stumbled upon your blog on accident. I am allergic to milk and was looking for information on that topic. I guess because your site contains references to milk it pulled it up in my search.
Long story short, after taking a look around, I found your site really interesting. I am interested in learning more of how you got started in this particular line of business. How long have you been making handcrafted soaps?
As far as a little bit more about me…
Well, I have loved to read since I can remember. I still do when I get the chance. Once I learned to write, I began keeping a journal. I found I loved to write as much as I loved to read. It wasn’t until last year, however, that I actually shared my writing with some of my friends. They told me they really liked it, and that I should get it out there and share it with people. That’s how the blog finally came about.
I am hoping that I can get it out there and share it with more people. I know that when I’ve had a bad day, other authors’ works have cheered me up. I’m hoping that mine can do the same for someone else’s bad day.
Anyway, I look forward to following your blog and learning more about the business.
